This metric measures the consumer’s adoption of technology that enables access to the Internet. - Online Connectivity
Measures the level of access consumers have to the Internet. - e-Commerce Presence
This is a combined measure of consumers’ online spend and retailers’ strength in the online channel. - On-ground logistics
This area of analysis looks at the ability of a country or region to effectively ship and handlegoods.
