Overview
The Usage Campaign encourages existing NCB Visa Credit Cardholders to make everyday purchases using their Visa card. Every qualifying expense brings you one step closer to winning premium travel, adventure and technology prizes.
How it Works
- Earn 1 entry for every J$18,000 spent on eligible purchases.
- Earn DOUBLE entries when you shop online.
- There is no limit to the number of entries you can earn.
Eligible purchases include personal and household goods and services.
Government and business-related transactions do not qualify.
Entries are generated automatically.

Reactivation Campaign
Overview
The Reactivation Campaign is designed for selected inactive or dormant NCB Visa Credit Cardholders.
Simply start using your eligible Visa Credit Card again during the promotional period and you'll automatically earn entries into the prize draw.
How it Works
- Earn 1 entry for every J$15,000 spent on qualifying purchases.
- Earn DOUBLE entries on eligible online purchases.
- Unlimited entries are available throughout the campaign.
Entries are automatically generated based on qualifying spend.

Cashback Campaign

Overview
Use your eligible NCB Visa Credit Card for purchases of J$7,000 or more and enjoy an instant cashback reward on qualifying purchases.
No registration is required, simply use your card.
Cashback Offer
- Spend J$7,000 or more
- Receive up to 20% Cashback
- Cashback is capped at J$1,500
- Available during the promotional period
The introductory cashback is awarded once per cardholder. Once the introductory cashback has been earned, additional qualifying purchases may receive 10% cashback until the promotional cashback limit is reached. Maximum cashback available under the promotion: J$3,000 per cardholder.
The cashback will be credited to the credit card account within 30 days after the promotion end date.

- The Promotion is open only to NCB Visa Consumer Credit Cardholders who are legal residents of Jamaica and are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- Eligibility is restricted to Cardholders whose accounts remain in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and at the time of winner selection.
- All eligible transactions made during the Promotion Period will count toward entries.
- There is no limit to the number of entries a Participant may earn.
- By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, voices, likenesses, and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- NCB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
- Employees and former employees (within the last year) of any entity within NCB Financial Group Limited, OGM Integrated Communication Ltd., and their immediate family members (mother, father, siblings) are not eligible to participate.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
- If any prize becomes unavailable, NCB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to prior approval from the BGLC.
- Winners are required to provide valid government-issued photo identification(national ID, passport, or voter’s ID) to claim their prizes.
- Any applicable taxes associated with prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- NCB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion with prior approval from the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission.
- All decisions relating to the Promotion shall be final, with prior approval from BGLC.
- This promotion is authorized under Section 58(3) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act.

- All qualifying Cardholders who spend during the Promotion Period will be entered into the prize draw at the end of the Promotion.
- All draws will be conducted electronically using information from all qualifying Cardholders under controlled conditions supervised by NCB and/or its appointed agent, and where required, representatives of the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission.
- Visa’s VLPS facility will be used to compile all qualifying transactions by campaign category.
- NCB will randomly select winners using a query and the respective Excel file.
- NCB will manage the calling of winners and arrange the handover of prizes.
- The draws will begin at 2:00 p.m. on November 2, 2026, at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, NCB Atrium, 32 Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10.

- The first eligible entry drawn will win the Grand Prize.
- The second eligible entry drawn will win the Second Prize.
- The third eligible entry drawn will win the Third Prize.
- Two (2) backup winners will be selected for each prize category in the order drawn.

- Five (5) winners will be selected to receive Amazon Gift Vouchers valued at US$1000 each.
- Five (5) backup winners will also be selected.
- The selected winners will be contacted by telephone using the contact information available to NCB.
- If a selected winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts within one (1) day, or is found to be ineligible, the next reserve winner will be contacted.
- Winners may be required to present valid government-issued identification (national ID, passport, or voter’s ID) for verification before claiming their prizes.
- Prize collection or delivery details will be communicated to winners upon notification.

- Potential winners will be contacted within 48 business hours of the draw date.
- Once contacted via telephone, the winner will receive an email from NCB validating the announcement.
- Winners will be instructed on the date and time to claim their prizes at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, 32 Trafalgar Road, Kingston, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, or another location otherwise stated by NCB.
- Media coverage, including photographs and other recordings, will be captured during the prize handover for publicity purposes.
- If the winner is unable to claim the prize in person, a representative may collect the prize on their behalf with:
- A notarized copy of the winner’s valid government-issued photo ID
- Valid government-issued photo ID (national ID, passport, or voter’s ID) of the representative
- Signed authorization letter from the winner
- If the selected winners do not show up at the location provided to redeem their prizes within 30 days of contact, we will proceed to contact the backup entry next in line.
- Unclaimed prizes remain a property of NCB.
